Motek Jewelry Warranty: Shop with Confidence

At Motek Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty on all jewelry pieces purchased within the US after January 1st, 2025.

What's Included:

  • Ring Sizing: If your ring doesn't fit quite right, don't worry! Motek Jewelry will resize it for you completely free of charge. Limited to 1 sizing within 30 days of purchase, Excludes full eternity rings.
  • Missing Stone Replacement: If a stone becomes loose or falls out within 30 days of purchase due to manufacturing defects (new items only), we'll gladly replace it for you with no labor charge. However, the cost of the new stone itself is not covered by the warranty.
  • Expert Repairs: Motek Jewelry offers complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects within the first year of purchase.
  • Jewelry Inspection: Even after the first year, our team of skilled jewelers will happily inspect your piece for any issues. We'll repair any manufacturing defects at no additional cost. For repairs due to normal wear and tear, a fee will be determined after assessment.

What's Not Not Covered Under Warranty:

The following are considered normal wear and are not covered by our warrantee:

  • Bent prongs, worn prongs, or thinning metal
  • Scratches, dents, or surface wear
  • Rhodium plating wear
  • Polishing and refinishing
  • Improper care or accidental damage
  • Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, stretched chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones that occur through everyday use, nor stone loss due to impact, wear, or daily use
  • Lost or Stolen Items: Unfortunately, the warranty doesn't cover lost or stolen jewelry.
  • External Repairs: Any work performed by a jeweler outside of Motek Jewelry will void the warranty.
