Motek Jewelry Warranty: Shop with Confidence

At Motek Jewelry, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a comprehensive 1-year limited warranty on all jewelry pieces purchased within the US after January 1st, 2025.

What's Included:

• Free Ring Sizing: If your ring doesn't fit quite right, don't worry! Motek Jewelry will resize it for you completely free of charge. (Except for full eternity rings).
• Missing Stone Replacement: We understand that accidents happen. If a stone becomes loose or falls out, we'll gladly replace it for you. However, the cost of the new stone itself is not covered by the warranty.
• Expert Repairs: Motek Jewelry offers complimentary repairs for any manufacturing defects or quality issues within the first year of purchase. This includes tightening prongs, polishing your jewelry, and rhodium plating (which helps to resist scratches).
• Jewelry Inspection: Even after the first year, our team of skilled jewelers will happily inspect your piece for any issues. We'll repair any manufacturing defects at no additional cost. For repairs due to normal wear and tear, a fee will be determined after assessment.

What's Not Included:

• Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, stretched chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones that occur through everyday use.
• Lost or Stolen Items: Unfortunately, the warranty doesn't cover lost or stolen jewelry.
• External Repairs: Any work performed by a jeweler outside of Motek Jewelry will void the warranty.
